I read Mulholland Diaries , it blew my mind away. The best novel I ever read. This novel kept me on the edge of my bed. I couldn't put this novel down. We as women has faced this sometime in our lives. This novel made me think , watch what you wish for. Poor or Rich we all have been down this road before. Some of us want this life. To the author, continue to write and gives us another novel soon. Latasha Brown

I finished this book last week. I am not usually one for reading romance novels, so I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed this book. It was almost like reading 3 books in one. After reading one characters storyline you can't wait to get to the other. I look forward to reading Volume 2. Help other customers find the most helpful reviews

L'Vette Sonai's chick lit novel "The Mulholland Diaries" world is the good life of luxury as the sun sets on legendary Broad Beach.
I could almost hear the turbulent waves crashing the lives of the ruthless, privileged, rich and famous, entitled snobs.

The good life costs some women their dignity but not Candice Kane. This beautiful, intelligent, ambitious, aspiring journalist doesn't settle for less than she thinks she deserves. Candice hasn't lost her vulnerability although a sea of men have made broken promises. Swept away by the dashing, blue blood, wealthy society playboy and his fairy tale existence, she's skeptical, could he be different? She knew that there was a price for mingling with old money and celebrities draped in Valentino staggering in Christian Louboutins, and the drama and tabloids revolving around the pulse of the social scene.

I really adored reading this passionate, romantic love story that honors women, it doesn't portray Sonai's heroine as a victim.
